In fact I haven’t worked out in months. Running multiple businesses and building a start up while having the kids around is hard. But I’m not complaining because I feel lucky everyday that im building something that I love. But I just want to remind you guys that once you commit to doing something.. it’s going to be hard and you are going to feel overwhelmed & exhausted but that’s ok... it’s part of the journey.
