My fitness journey ❤️ as I’m embarking on a new part of my journey and some days feeling a tad discouraged, it helps me to look back and see how far I’ve come. Even if I’m far away from that point right now. Because I know that if I did it once, I can do it again.

And this isn’t about getting my pre-baby body back. It’s about getting STRONG again (thank you @fitbodyapp 😍💪). Feeling empowered on the daily, energized, having something to work towards, and now... having someONE to work hard for and set that example (Aurora 🥰)

So here I go. While it’s still going to be a slow process, I’m GOING TO regain my strength, endurance, and all things that come with this journey that is so difficult.... but so worth it.
