Booty band boooootayyyy workout by @kalinatesa 🍑

This is the type of workout I would do if I don’t have any equipment or on vacation/in a hotel. However I always recommend adding some handheld weights or barbells to the squats and curtsy lunges if you have them to challenge yourself even more! But lemme tell you.... these bands are no joke and these exercises will burn that booty 😭

Here’s the workout for you:

Clam shells 3x12-15 e/l
Side leg abduction 3x10-12 e/l
Donkey kickbacks 3x10-12 e/l
Fire hydrants 3x12-15 e/l
Banded squat pulses 4x10-12 superset Squat abductions 4x10-12
Banded side steps 3x12-15 each side
Banded squat jacks 3x12-15
Curtsy abductions 3x10-12 each side
