Back in August, we posted a video as part of our "Amanda Messes Up in the Kitchen" IGTV series for a recipe from the site called Vietnamese Rice Noodle Salad. A number of viewers pointed out that the recipe really wasn't Vietnamese and we shouldn't have called it that. We agree! As Amanda says here, she also shouldn't have added riffs to the recipe that made it even less authentic. To set things right, we reached out to @chefnininguyen, an expert in Vietnamese and Creole cooking (and a Top Chef alum!), to teach our team how to make her recipe for Bún thịt nướng, a rice noodle salad recipe that includes grilled pork.
