Hotel shoulder workout! Keeping things simple for a short, sweet, and effective.workout.
🔥warmup. 50 jumps ropes. One of my favorite ways to warm up the shoulders, increase blow flow and sweat a little bit.
1️⃣. Hand-stand shoulder press: 4 sets 1-2 reps from failure. Can kick up if need to on the last few reps.
2️⃣. Upright rows: 4 sets of 8 reps. Keep the bar close the body.
3️⃣. Standing kB lateral raise: 12/12/12
4️⃣. Front raise with plate. 10/10/10
