I had a family member who had breast cancer years ago & thankfully she is okay now. I’ve been trying to learn about ways to check in with my body, including my breasts. This month is an important reminder for me to continue to educate myself about breast cancer. Feeling our breasts should be a normal conversation & something we routinely do!
