TRUNK(LOUNGE)は、世界的に有名なロンドンのトップバーテンダー、Mr Lyan氏が率いるクリエイティブチームMr Lyan Studioとコラボレーションします。 
国を超えたリアルな交流が難しい状況下でも、バーテンダー同士が交流し新たなアイデアを創造したいという意欲から生まれた今回のコラボレーション。
日本のTRUNK(LOUNGE)とイギリスのMr Lyan Studioが互いにローカルの食材を紹介し合い、TRUNK(LOUNGE)がイギリスの食材を、Mr Lyan Studioが日本の食材を使用したカクテルを考案し、レシピを交換しました。 

TRUNK(LOUNGE)では、Mr Lyan Studioが日本の食材を“再解釈”した、3種類のカクテルを10月16日～12月29日の期間限定で提供します。

Introducing a series of collaboration cocktails with Mr Lyan Studios; a creative team led by internationally renowned British bartender MR LYAN.
This collaboration was born from the positive idea of wanting to create new possibilities through good vibes, despite the current restrictions on travel.
TRUNK(LOUNGE) and Mr Lyan Studios introduced each other to local ingredients from their respective countries of Japan and the UK, with TRUNK(LOUNGE) creating three cocktails based on British ingredients and Mr Lyan Studios devising three cocktails based on Japanese ingredients after which a recipe exchange took place.
At TRUNK(LOUNGE) we will offer three cocktails prepared by the team at Mr Lyan Studios that “reinterpret” Japanese ingredients in a fresh, innovative light for a limited time from October 16th to December 29th.
