🔹Marinate chicken strips in PICKLE JUICE for several hours. (I do mine for about 8 or more)⁠
🔹Drain chicken and cut into nugget chunks or keep in strips⁠
🔹Pour @porkkinggood pork rind crumbs into bowl and add @Flavorgod Seasonings Ranch Seasoning.⁠
🔹Egg wash chicken. I use 2 eggs and 1 tbs heavy cream for the wash..⁠
🔹Then toss in @porkkinggood pork rind crumb/ seasoning mixture until well covered..⁠
🔹spray with olive oil or oil of choice .⁠
🔹Air fry at 360* for 12 minutes on oiled skewer rack in air fryer.⁠
🔹Dipped in @ghughessugarfree honey mustard 🙌🏻⁠
