P&G in Latin America announced its new Equitable Paid Parental Leave, providing a minimum of 8 paid weeks for parents. This applies to biological parents, adoptive parents, and parents of same-sex couples. Birth mothers will receive an additional 6 weeks for a total of 14 weeks.
