I'm not a whisky expert, but over the course of the past few months, I've learned so much about the ins and outs of whisky and whisky making with @glenmorangie, and how different preparations and aging methods can result in endlessly rich and beautiful flavors that - coincidentally - work perfectly with dessert. This collection of pastries I've created have each been inspired by a different whisky - from delicately poached pears to a chestnut whisky affogato to a Layered Pineapple Cake to match with #ATaleofCake.
