Connection: Fall Vibe is reminding me of how important being with friends and family is to our spirit... Humans are social beings and need to form connections, to love, to share in order to be whole.

During these stressful and uncertain times, it is the time to reach out in love, in laughter, in compassion to all - those that might not share your views, those that might not be able to be physically present with you, those that might be feeling alone, abandoned, scared. Compassion and love does not cost you a dime and yet is the most powerful gift we can offer. Look to how animals deal with conflict and learn... learn how to forgive, learn to live in the present, learn to live with differences.
