We explored the complete world of Tasaki, starting with their magical pearl farm. Driving across the water I couldn’t help but marvel at the beauty around me, all the while dreaming about what stunning gems lay beneath the surface of our boat. We later visited their world class ateliers where we had a front row seat as the most skilled craftsmen in the industry sorted and inspected pearls, cut diamonds, and confected the Tasaki Atelier collection, which I design as their Creative Director. The whole trip was wrapped in mysticism (not not mention karaoke and amazing food)… and I fell in love with their universe once again.
