Loneliness affects us all from time to time but it’s something we rarely want to talk about. The pandemic has brought with it huge amounts of uncertainty and stress, and will affect people in different ways and at different times.
In these unusual times, try to go easy on yourself and take time to look after your mental health – more than you might have previously. Intentionally engage in activities that make you feel calm and relaxed, and try to stay away from sources of anxiety, for example you could consider limiting your screen time if you think this is making you feel more stressed or isolated.
