Designer Lisa Hilland dreamt of creating furniture that combined both of her interests – fashion and design – in a self-evident manner. After a great deal of thought she came up with the Torso chair designed for Design House Stockholm. Lisa Hilland puts a lot of value to the fact that Torso is produced in Sweden as she prefers the environmental aspects as well as the hands-on quality control of locally produced design. She can often be seen on the factory floor searching for eco-friendly solutions to enhance the project. The new additions are dressed for the party and you’ll find them in sophisticated bars and salons.
