(2/3) "Charles (or Charlie) also came into my work as a stray. She was a four-month-old puppy that was covered in mange (a skin condition), and super skinny. She was a tiny little thing, all her hair was falling out, and she was SO itchy... but she was also hilarious and would sit and howl in her kennel. We didn’t know her history either and no one came to reclaim her, so I started fostering her with no intention of adopting (that worked out great lol)..."
