Leg workout from today! This was my first time training legs in the linear pant from @balanceathletica & it made me love them even more 😳🤯 & they are still in stock (link is in my bio to shop!)
- Reverse hack squats: 4 sets of 10
- Barbell RDL’s: 4 sets of 12 (no video)
- Abductor drop set: 3 sets of 30 - dropping the weight ever 10 reps
- Hip thrusts: 4 sets of 15
- Super set: split squats (3 sets of 12 each leg) with sumo pulse squats (3 sets of 20 - 10 banded and 10 weighted)
