trying to stay motivated, or even dedicated or in a routine at all, has been rough lately, ima be honest. 🙃😅 If I just get my heart rate up for 30 minutes doing whatever, I’ll consider it a success though!! *Even if it isn’t the jam packed action filled workouts that I know I’m capable of.* I get those in too sometimes.
