When was the last time you said , “once in a blue moon”? Well it’s happening this coming Halloween Oct 31, 2020. October is starting with a full moon and ending with a full moon. Two full moons which only happens once in a blue moon. Yayyy my eyes, cameras, and telescopes are so excited😂
