sometimes in life we stumble, not always into a tiny tub of freezing water, on a hot summers day in Malibu.

The importance is to understand why we fall, to adapt and grow from the experience. So we can press forward one step at a time, smiling along the way.

It was once said to me that life is like a river, continuously flowing yet still. Life is transitory, so enjoy, observe the experiences that arise within us.
