That feeling of anger towards a person who says something you disagree with tells you that something you believe to be true probably isn’t. That’s the feeling of you becoming more aware and less programmed. The feeling that you will starve on a 48 hour fast is just your body lying to you as your cells become stronger. Don’t seek discomfort all the time. Do it intermittently. You can freeze to death in the shower. You can starve to death. You can challenge your beliefs until you can’t sleep.
