Reports of New York City's demise are greatly exaggerated. Take it from Nicolas Heller @newyorknico, the "unofficial talent scout" of New York City. You may recognize Nick from his viral hashtags like #BestNYAccent, #BestNYPhoto and #MomnPopDrop. Now, the native New Yorker is using his 442K Instagram following to help save NYC's small businesses. "I grew up in Union Square. I went to school in the Village and these are all spots that I remember from when I was a kid," he tells ELLE.com. "So it holds a special place in my heart. I get hundreds of DMs a day from people suggesting places.
