Both my partner and I have loved ones with disabilities, and we are excited to announce our joint initiatives to increase the opportunities for this community. My partner, Marios Politis and Charlotte Dales co-founded INCLUSIVELY @workinclusively a human-first employment platform for people with disabilities that just launched in the US and plans to grow internationally. As a Professor of Neurology, Marios has spent his professional life researching patients with disabling conditions and has recently been diagnosed with a chronic kidney condition. Their absolute commitment is in ensuring disability discrimination is eradicated in every workplace.This new job platform allows accomplished candidates with disabilities to input their accommodations, search jobs, and connect with companies who value inclusive hiring. The second is my personal commitment to supporting and raising awareness for people with disabilities by partnering with Open Style Lab @openstylelab to explore new ways to bring disability inclusion within the fashion industry.
