that we usually use when it is time to go home and we are with more people. This saying literally means " Each Little owl should go to its own olive tree". That is because the Little owls are frequently seen close to olive oil tree plantations.
The scientific name of the Little owls (Athene noctua) makes reference to the Greek Mythology goddess Atenea, famous for being very wise, among other virtues. That is because owls in general are known as very smart birds. Noctua makes reference to the owls.
This juvenile was doing his best to pose nicely on the photo. I simply love them and I always find funny to observe them in the wild.
