What does ¡Mi Gente! mean to you?
The literal translation is “my people.” But for the Latinx community who are part of the Converse family—whether skaters, design collaborators, photographers or copywriters—the phrase has a collection of unique, personal meanings based on their traditions, experiences and—of course—the unique culture of the many different Latinx countries.
¡Mi Gente! is also the name of this year’s Converse Latinx Heritage Month collection—one created by Latinx designers as a celebration of embracing and being proud of your identity.
