良質のコットンジャージーで、世界初のTシャツにも使われたライル・コットンを継承する素材。
柔らかさを保つために手摘みされた最高級の超長綿、それを不純物をとりのぞくために梳いてから束ね、強度となめらかさが出るよう撚りをかけます。
この工程によって着用や洗濯でよれない綿糸が出来上がるのです。
さらにこの綿糸を二本撚り合わせ、ガス焼きすることで残った不純物をとりのぞきます。

A high quality cotton jersey that inherits the Lyle cotton used in the world's first T-shirt.
The finest ultra-long cotton that is hand-picked to maintain its softness, is carded to remove impurities, then bundled and twisted to give strength and smoothness.
By this process, cotton threads that can be worn and washed are completed.
Furthermore, two of these cotton threads are twisted together and baked by gas to remove the remaining impurities.
