@batshevadress's new campaign stars the designer, photographed by her husband @alexeihay, lighting Shabbat candles, praying with her eyes closed, and reading a Tehillim book. The images reinforce the importance of her own Jewish faith in her work.
“We’ve done different takes on the clothing, like the tongue-in-cheek, traditional housewife thing," Hay tells @liana_ava. "This is a version of that, but we wanted to do it where the clothing is used to express the mood, depth, and the spirituality more than really just, ‘it’s a ruffle-y ’50s house dress, or housewife dress.'"
