ASSEMBLAGE. In this 1940's California beach house, I was inspired by local artists, the coastal landscape, and my love for furniture diversity. Contemporary and vintage pieces are anchored on the natural seagrass flooring. Diversifying your seating is so important when crafting a space for intimate gatherings. From the soft, billowing shape of the iconic Scarpa sofas, to the architectural lounge chair by Ignazio Gardella, this arrangement carries a range of unique seating. My personal favorite is the nautical, rope lounge chair by Dan Johnson. XK
