1 lb thick sliced turkey or chicken⁠
8 oz large sliced pepperoni⁠
1/2 lb ground beef⁠
1/2 lb ground italian sausage⁠
2 cups pasta sauce⁠
1 cup ricotta cheese⁠
1 cup cottage cheese⁠
1 egg⁠
1 tsp @Flavorgod Seasonings italian zest⁠
1/2 tsp parsley⁠
1/2 tsp garlic powder⁠
1/4 tsp black pepper⁠
2 cups shredded mozzarella⁠
grated parmesan cheese⁠

• Cook ground beef and sausage in a skillet until no longer pink. Stir in pasta sauce. In separate bowl ~ mix ricotta, cottage cheese, egg, 1 cup mozzarella, and seasonings⁠
• In a 9x9 baking dish, layer:⁠

☆ sliced turkey⁠
☆ pepperoni⁠
☆ cheese mixture⁠
☆ grated parmesan⁠
• Repeat twice. End the layers with meat sauce, remaining mozzarella, and parmesan. Bake covered at 375° for 45 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes then slice and serve⁠

1 bundle fresh asparagus⁠
garlic salt⁠

• Wash and trim asparagus. Place on plate with 3 Tbsp water. Place another plate on top and steam in microwave for 5 minutes⁠
