I really like tamagoyaki (Japanese rolled egg omelette). Toward the beginning of quarantine I got a special tamagoyaki pan and started learning how to make it. I certainly haven’t mastered the art (yet), but today’s is by far my best attempt. I think I’m getting the hang of it!
