@hypebeastkicks: @スター・ウォーズ and @adidas Originals have unveiled a Top Ten Hi that pays homage to the gold-plated humanoid protocol droid, C-3PO. The shoe has been covered in metallic gold synthetic leather and sports a large C-3PO tag on the tongue and “STAR” and “WARS” on the lace locks. The robot’s head is embossed in black into the rear of the shoe, and is joined by a slogan that wraps around the collar quoting “But sir, nobody worries about upsetting a droid.” It’s due to release on @adidas’ website on September 17 for $110 USD.⁠⠀
