Last night we ate dinner at the new @maximobistrot location, a warehouse space containing a full realized adobe house that serves as the kitchen and bar. We dined under a skylight, next to an indoor tre, with polka dot plates and checked napkins. It was very good. We had the tasting menu of the day (it changes everyday) and although I didn’t keep a copy, below is my memory of what we ate and drank (swipe for images):

10/ Cardamon Ice Cream w Pumpkin Seeds on what I can only describe as Mexican Halva
