During the past 4 years this legend @siavash.motiei at @checkonitfitness has been keeping me pain-free and in shape. Damn! This shape I’m in. Why can’t you deal with the shape I’m in? I’ll tell you. Because I’m IN it, this shape, and I’m nigh-on impossible to find under all the absolute SHAPE. It defies geometry, this shape. It’s a bit like a square shape, but it’s also triangular, like a different shape? It’s right-angled AND it’s fucking isosceles. SHAPE ME TILL I SHIT!!!
