All people has egoism.
And you recognize it and release repeatedly, something that wear on body are gone, and you may feel “I’m here”, and then you are filled love and thankful, and you could see yourself truly.
What and when do you feel happy ?
You create everything your self that you see and you are me and you can say that it is opposite.
How to live this life?
What you let go or choice?
If you ask them yourself everyday, you could find out things that you want.

今、色々なことが起こったり、色々な感情が出てきている人が沢山いるのかなぁと思います。
私は今、良い意味で激動・激変の中を生きているように思います。
そんな中で、私の中に落ちてきた言葉を贈りたいなと思います。

自分の中にあるエゴ。
きっとそれは誰しもが持っている。
でも、それに気づき、手放すことを繰り返すことで、自分がまとっているモヤのようなものが流れ去り、ただ"ここに在る"という感覚になる。
そして、"愛・感謝"に溢れ、"本当の自分"がみえてくる。
どんな時、誰といる時が一番心地良い？
私たちが知覚してるものは全て自分自身で創りだしているもの。
あなたは私であり、その逆もしかり。
これからどう生きていく？
何を手放し、選択していく？
そうして毎日を生きていると、きっと魂から心地良いと思える人生が待っている。
