当社の創業者、岩崎瀧三が自身で初めて作った食品サンプルは妻が調理したオムレツでした。

このオムレツのできの良さに食品サンプルの未来を確信し1932年、いわさきグループの前身となる「岩崎製作所」を創業しました。

この通称「記念オム」。
実際に当時の蝋を使った技法で再現したレプリカを @replicafoods_gallery_asakusa に展示しています。

The founder of our comany"Takizo IWASAKI"，His first making of replica is a omelette made by his wife.
He was convinced the future of replica foods by the goodness of this omelet. And he founded "Iwasaki" in 1932.
We call it "kinen omu"(Memorial Omelet).
