Easily the best restaurant in Biei for a good reason, no wonder they are the only Michelin approved restaurant in this beautiful village. Asperges uses fresh Biei ingredients and vegetables to serve fantastic meal with French style and their lunch course is pretty affordable starting from 2800 to 4800 yen. Unforgettable dining experience that brings joy to me thorough my stay there. Will definitely come back 🥰
