私が初めてヒデスクに入ってからもう8年が経つ。当時は15歳？リードがとにかく苦手な上に、成績が伸び悩む私に的確なアドバイスをくれ、のちにそれが私のクライミング人生を大きく変えるきっかけとなった。
トレーニングプロセスでの体・メンタルなどの変化や、人それぞれのクライミングスタイルをよく理解していて、昔から変わらずヒデさんに会うたび刺激を受ける。
過去を振り返ればたくさんのいい思い出があるけど、書ききれないので割愛。笑
そんなクライミングに情熱的なヒデさんがスクールを始めて15年！この先も20年、30年、よろしくお願いします！笑😆🔥#祝ヒデスク15周年 本当におめでとう御座います！！

It’s already been eight years since I took lessons from @伊東秀和 for the first time.
When I was 15, I used to hate rope-climbing and my climbing skills had remained the same. But he has kept believing in me, pushing me to keep trying, and gave me some advices that had a huge impact in my life afterwards. He has good knowledge of climbing and body/mental changes in the training process. And he understands each person’s individual style of climbing which I’m always inspired by.
