Lockdown has given me the downtime to finally have a break, and it's been so beautiful to spend time with family. Life really is a roller coaster and, while there have been times I've felt really vulnerable, you have to ride the wave of emotion and let it be. Reflecting on my own mental strength with @allianz.australia has helped me recognise the positives of taking a break and having some time off.
