Slowly getting back into training
We aren’t home yet but I was able to go home for an hour and move! 5 more weeks at the hospital

Very excited to start moving around again... even tho I’m quite tired all the time and the NICU life is not easy, I know that moving is really going to help me recover and stay mentally saine and overall do a better job for Zoe !

Also I got to sleep in my own bed for the first time in 3 weeks! It was pretty amazing nothing beat my @performasleep 😉
