A “win” is perceived differently by each person. For me, one of the greatest wins in my life was my weight loss. In my younger years, I reached 105kg with 45% body fat. Since then, I lost over 30kgs. This major milestone gave me the confidence that led me to where I am now. To win, there are no short cuts, you just have to be patient.
