Over the last 10 years, my hair has been through a lot. Dramatic color changes, two pregnancies and a rollercoaster of hormonal and stressful life changes. I've finally gotten it to a place that I'm happy with, but that's not to say it didn't take work and commitment. I've stopped aggressive coloring; I've minimized how much heat I use; I've tried to incorporate protein and moisture treatments as much as I could and last but certainly not least, I've been taking @nutrafol for the past four years.
