@steviewilliams’ first video part in Element’s Fine Artists video at just 12 years old when he was known as "Lil Stevie." As Stevie says, he got into skateboarding at age 10 but took a lot of heat and was often viewed as a “traitor” from his friends as skateboarding was considered a corny “white boy” sport at the time. At a young age Stevie began skating with Fred Gall and Jeff Pang at the infamous LOVE park in Philadelphia and established himself as a local in the center of skateboarding in Philly. Stevie got on Underworld Element at 12 years old through Jeff Pang after he asked Jeff to film a line for him at LOVE (2nd slide is the line) which ended up in the Element “Fine Artists” video, as seen above. It’s incredible to look back at just how good Stevie was at such a young age and this video part acts as a foundation for what paved the way for the rest of Stevie’s Career. Stay tuned as we continue to celebrate Stevie’s career today and be on the lookout for a signed @dgk deck in the @berricscanteen at 5pm PST! #skateboardingisfun #berrics
