After some thought, She decided to start sharing her healing journey through her page, in the hopes that it may help someone in a similar situation (or really anyone longing to make a shift to a healthier lifestyle). She has always been a bit of a badass, strong, and determined when she puts her mind on something. This time is no different, she is learning to be vulnerable as she embarks on a journey of self love and self care and using this opportunity to go within. I admire her positivity through it all and I know that through her own healing, she’ll be able to help others do the same. I started #sunrisewalk when the lock down started few months ago because everyone was telling me to not go out and stay in to protect myself. I didn’t think that would be healthy for me (and I’ve never liked to do what I was told 😅😆) so I started getting up early and going for walks before people started coming out. . I never really liked just going for walks, I thought it was waste of time and it was something I did to get somewhere. . I love it now as you can probably tell. . Something magical about being out while everyone is still a sleep, and the air feels fresher too. . I hope my nature pics on my stories have helped people during locks especially people in cities who couldn’t get to much nature. 😁 . While I try to heal myself and try lots of different things, somethings you just know are helping you and this walk is one of them so I will def carry this on as long as I can 💪❤️ .
