Number one being that my epidural actually worked! We made our way to the hospital Friday night July 10th didn't get situated until 4am early Saturday morning. They started my pitocin I was only 2 1/2cm dilated progress to 4cm and got my epidural. I stayed at 4-5cm for a while. Until nurse auntie Judy came in and took over! The way this women cared for me was like no other! The next time they checked me I was 10cm dilated I was shocked!! 0-100 so quick! It was go time! Baby boy was coming! Dr Finke walked in calm & cool per usual cracking jokes he always has the best vibes I just love him! He had me do what I thought were a few practice pushes. On the 3rd push he said "reach down and feel your baby's head" I was too nervous to do this with London this time I went for it! The feeling of touching your baby for the 1st time and being that much closer to seeing him😭best feeling. 4th push Dr Finke says "now bring your hands down here and pull your baby out" I was a little hesitant but I reached down and pulled my baby boy on top of me. The most incredible feeling I've ever experienced in my life! You must do it!!! Special Thanks to our incredible Dr. @david_finke for the last 2years you have delivered both of our babies.
