I would like to thank everyone who took part in the first edition of the World Football Summit Live powered by Ronaldo - it has been one of the main events in the sports industry that I had the pleasure to participate.

I am delighted to see the entire Football Industry coming together and embracing this great project, debating and taking advantage of this incredible network with a common goal: to promote and develop our market.

We connected the world virtually. Our original idea was to organize a #WFS edition in São Paulo, but due to the pandemic we decided to host the event in an online platform and I am very satisfied with the results. The reach was incredible, we had an amazing media impact around the world and in a way, we were able to unite and promote the sports industry during this difficult and challenging time.

I want to thank the more than three thousand participants from 120 countries. Also huge thanks to the 158 speakers who debated for five days very important and relevant topics for the entire Football Industry. In total, we hosted 37 panels in three languages - English, Spanish and Portuguese.

I am especially grateful to all the sponsors who joined the cause and made this historic edition of the @worldfootballsummit possible - in addition to promoting and helping develop the Football Industry during these difficult times, they are collaborating directly with the NGOs @commongoalorg and @fundacaofenomenos.

Finally, I want to thank and congratulate all the collaborators of WFS, @octagonbrasil, @rioscom and my #R9 team for the amazing work planning and making this event happen. I am convinced this is just the beginning and we will develop other great projects in the future.
