Honda is launching a SAFETY RECALL on CERTAIN 2019-2020 Pioneer/Talon vehicles to inspect, and install (if needed), the sub-transmission parking collar. This part may not have been installed at the factory. A vehicle missing this part can move/roll when the transmission lever is in the park position, posing crash and injury hazards.
