It’s hard to come up with the words to write this post. I feel like writing this makes it real and I can no longer hope for this to be a horrible nightmare. Today I lost my favorite person. My number 1 supporter, a person who has NEVER doubted me. Someone who could not be prouder of me. Read every newspaper article of me. Collected every single one of them. Bought me my first cellphone. Drove me to countless horseback riding lessons. Always made me get an extra scoop of ice cream. Always made sure there was sunflower bread, parowki and ketchup when I came to visit. Collected apples on their farm for me to feed the horses. And most importantly, loved me with everything that he had. Goodbye Dziadziuś. I’ll be missing you. 💔
