Months ago I put up a question box on my stories and asked if you’ve ever been bullied. The amount of people who wrote me and told me what was said to them brought me to tears.😭 It breaks my heart so many have been a victim of bullying.

I’m too skinny.
My nose is too big.
I look too manly.
I have no curves.
My ears are too big.
You look like a boy.
I’ve lost all my femininity.

If you SWIPE 👉🏼 through the photos I posted you will see many others AND their bullying experiences. Bullying is nothing new. Most of us have experienced it which is heartbreaking. I was bullied a lot of my life. I still remember all the comments... They stay with you like the scar that the abuse leaves behind in your memories. Bullying doesn’t stop even when we grow up. There’s bullies in the workplace, online, and in our community. Its everywhere causing doubt, depression and even self harm. It ruins lives. It’s easy to be a bully but how do we stop bullying? It only takes a few words for you to either be a bully or make a difference. YOUR WORDS CAN DO SO MUCH!
