One unexpected but happy result: we’re officially updating our return and shipping policy!!! We’d asked if we could improve the online shopping experience and we received lots of great ideas, many of which we will implement as time and budget allow. But one we can act on today is our return policy. Many of you expressed that our temporary “special times” policy gave you more confidence to shop online, so we’re applying some of the key features to our permanent policy. Amongst other improvements we’re extending returns for refunds to cover more purchases. An email with the details should be hitting your inbox soon, or you can find them under FAQ on the website. You also told us you were looking for more sale, and as luck would have it our semiannual sale is now in full swing, including this beauties ↑, photographed enjoying their life in Spain by @egealaura .
