Today I walked 25 minutes on incline as to avoid strain on the pelvic floor followed by super light upper body lift. . I know it's important to listen to my body and not push it, but fitness is my game. My Postpartum Journey is not anyone else's, it's not a race or a competition but my own journey . There's also something to be said for mental fitness. For me, taking the time to walk does me so much good mentally and emotionally which has been taxed with pregnancy during covid19 lockdown craziness. .
