Here’s 7 days where I didn’t have to do the cooking: Day 1: Taiwanese beef noodle soup (we served it in our favorite bowls from Yong Kang noodle shop) Day 2: Zongzi with pork belly, chestnuts, and scallion oil sticky rice Day 3: Beef rendang with fried shallots over white rice Day 4: Fresh uni over shiso rice (ok, not much to cook, but great ingredients) Day 5: Homemade pork wonton and chicken soup Day 6: Steamed black bean spare ribs Day 7: Thai Penang chicken curry (with the good curry paste 👌) Thank you guys for feeding us.
